🦷💡 DID YOU KNOW? 💡🦷

At Limestone Dentistry, continuing education doesn’t stop when dental school ends!

Dr. Thornton meets monthly with a group of general dentists and dental specialists through the Seattle Study Club—a professional study group focused on learning, collaboration, and advancing the way we care for our patients.

📚 Together, they discuss the latest research, treatment techniques, technology, and complex dental cases while learning from both general dentists and specialists.

Why does this matter to you? ❤️

Because dentistry is constantly evolving! Regularly collaborating with other dental professionals helps Dr. Thornton stay up-to-date on advances in dentistry and bring that knowledge back to Limestone Dentistry.

🦷 Our goal? To keep learning, keep improving, and provide our patients with thoughtful, modern dental care.

We’re proud that continuing education and professional collaboration are such an important part of Limestone Dentistry!

🏈⚽🏀 **SPORTS + KIDS + TEETH = SOMETIMES A BAD COMBINATION!** 🦷😬

One minute they’re scoring the winning goal… the next minute you’re holding a tooth and wondering, **“WHAT DO I DO?!”** 😳

If your child has a dental injury during sports:

🦷 **Knocked-out permanent tooth?**
👉 Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse if dirty, and try to place it back in the socket if possible. If you can’t, keep it moist in milk or saline and **call your dentist immediately!**

🦷 **Chipped or broken tooth?**
👉 Save any pieces you can find and contact your dentist. Even a small chip can sometimes involve deeper tooth structure.

🦷 **Loose or displaced tooth?**
👉 Don’t wiggle it! Give us a call so we can determine what needs to be done.

🚨 **Major bleeding, facial swelling, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, or a serious head/face injury?**
👉 Seek emergency medical care immediately.

And remember… **the best dental emergency is the one that never happens!** 😉

🏆 Make sure your young athlete has a properly fitted **custom sports mouthguard** before they hit the field, court, or rink!

📞 **Limestone Dentistry** is here to help keep those little smiles protected all season long!

🦷🍂 **September 28th: The day we officially admit…**

Some things should NEVER fall out in the fall. 🍁😂

🍎 Apples? Okay.
🍂 Leaves? Expected.
🦷 **Your dentures? ABSOLUTELY NOT.** 😳

If your dentures are slipping, clicking, uncomfortable, or making you nervous to bite into that delicious fall apple… it might be time for a checkup!

At **Limestone Dentistry**, we want you to enjoy your favorite fall foods with confidence—without wondering if your teeth are going to make a surprise appearance in your pumpkin spice latte. ☕😂

🍂 **Let’s keep your smile in place this fall!** 🍂

📞 Give Limestone Dentistry a call if your dentures aren't fitting like they used to.

🍂🏖️ **The First Day of Fall is Here!** 🏖️🍂

Well… it’s officially time to say goodbye to the beach. 😭🌊☀️
No more sandy toes, salty waves, or summer sunshine—hello pumpkin spice, cozy sweaters, football, and FALL! 🎃🍁🏈

But just because we’re giving up the beach doesn’t mean we’re giving up on our smiles! 🦷✨

After a summer of ice cream, popsicles, lemonade, and maybe a few too many beach snacks, 🍦🍋🏖️ fall is the perfect time to **fall back into your dental routine!**

🍂 Schedule your 6-month cleaning
🍂 Keep brushing twice a day
🍂 Don’t forget to floss!
🍂 Stay hydrated—even when it gets cooler
🍂 And give your smile a little TLC before the holiday season arrives!

At **Limestone Dentistry**, we may be saying goodbye to summer, but we’re always here to keep your smile shining all year long! 🦷❤️

**Happy First Day of Fall from our Limestone Dentistry family!** 🍁
