Well, Jordan’s baby boy was SOOO excited to come, he surprised everyone and came at just over 31 weeks! 🥺🥰 A little over 4 pounds, he and Jordan are doing well, but he’ll have to spend some time in the hospital to finish growing a little! Congrats again on your first sweet little bundle of joy, Jordan and Tate! We can’t wait to meet him.

🩷 We are repping pink this month! Did you know—Breast cancer and dental health can be very connected?? (October is both breast cancer and dental health awareness month!)

*Gum disease ➡️ cancer: Untreated gum disease can trigger chronic inflammation in the body, which is a known cancer risk factor. Studies have found women with gum disease are more likely to develop breast cancer.
*Cancer ➡️ gum disease/oral health problems: cancer treatment can weaken your immune system making it harder to fight bacteria in your mouth. It can also cause dry mouth. Both can increase your chances of gum disease and tooth decay.

The body is all connected by your blood stream—so just a reminder this month to take care of ALL of you! Schedule the tests, get your exams, be aware of any changes, tell your doctors, be your best advocate.

🐶 Rudy is SAD!!
Not really, he has about 7 brain cells and the rest of his brain is filled with a love of birds and escaping the back office to come say hi to patients when he’s not at doggy daycare. (He has been known to jump the check-in counter and we’ve had to change office door k***s because of his escape artist skills…)
