Hey everyone! We just wanted to let you all know that our phone system has been having some issues with not saving messages, not having good connection on calls, and having a spam blocker that was blocking people from reaching us. We just wanted to let you know we are diligently working with our phone company on solutions to these issues and greatly appreciate your understanding. This is extremely frustrating for us as well as for you all. We want to be able to help any and everyone so it really affects us when we have barriers to be able to do this. We also have a very heavy call volume of about 60-100 phone calls that is only handled by our 2 great front office staff. While it is their priority to return your call as quickly as possible sometimes it may take up to 48 hours. Please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, phone number, and how we may best assist you in order for them to get back to you in a timely manner. We also ask that you reach out by direct message on facebook, email to [email protected], or truly it is best to come in for a tour and to meet our amazing team so we can help you out in person!
