Young patient presented with a request to change the “baby” tooth smile. The lateral primary tooth seen here is much smaller compared to the adult teeth. It also did not match the lateral tooth on the opposite side making it stand out even more. Due to age limitation ( current research recommends to wait until 22 years of age), a Maryland bridge was completed. For now patient is very happy and we will wait for the right time to have the implant done.

Patient was unhappy with the yellowness of the crowns on her front teeth and a mismatching shade on one of the front teeth. New porcelain crowns were done and immediately her confidence changed. Patient was very ecstatic about her new smile.
