Happy 49th Birthday, Dr. Brome!

Yes, you read that right… 49! Last year we celebrated his 50th, but Dr. Brome has decided he's turning back time and subtracting a year with every birthday!
For his birthday, we surprised him with a heated vest to help him stay warm during the colder months
We also had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Neely from Neely Orthodontics in Lunenburg, MA! She shared some great information with our team about airway health and open-mouth breathing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and even treated the staff to pizza!
We ended the day with some friendly competition at mini golf! Dr. Brome, Whitney, Cassie, and Haley all managed to get a hole-in-one!

It was a day full of learning, laughs, and celebration! Happy Birthday, Dr. Brome! Here's to turning 48 next year! ⛳

Happy 6 years to our dental assistant, Haley.

Six years of showing up with a heart that gives so much to everyone around you. Six years of comforting nervous patients, celebrating their wins, holding their hands through the hard appointments, making them laugh when they need it, and making people feel genuinely cared for.

Haley doesn't just assist with dentistry she pours herself into her patients. She remembers the little things. She notice's when someone needs extra reassurance. She has a way of making people feel safe, heard, and important, and that is something that simply cannot be taught.

There are patients who walk through our doors nervous and leave smiling because of you. There are people who may forget exactly what was said during their appointment, but they will remember how she made them feel.
We see how much of your heart you give to this office and to the people we care for. We see the compassion, patience, laughter, dedication, and love you bring into every single day. We are so incredibly lucky that for the last six years.

Lashes had a little dental work done today!

Haley made sure she was nice and cozy with a warm blanket and, of course, Britney Spears playing to get her through her fillings.
Dr. Broome made the whole process comfortable and easy from start to finish!

her only complaint? Next time she'd like some more stylish sunglasses. Other than that… 10/10 service

Today marks a very special milestone, 25 years of Dr. Broome owning Monadnock Dental!
For the past 25 years, Dr. Broome has poured so much of himself into this practice and the community around it. His genuine care for his patients, his team, and the people he has built relationships with over the years is a huge part of what makes Monadnock Dental so special. So many people have walked through our doors over the last 25 years, and we are incredibly grateful for the trust, friendships, and memories that have been made along the way.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to surprise Dr. Broome with a celebration surrounded by so many of the people who have been part of that journey. From friends and members of the dental community to our lab tech, neighboring businesses, and so many familiar faces, it meant so much to see everyone come together, mingle, and celebrate this milestone with him.

We also want to give a special thank you to Coll’s for the beautiful flowers, Monadnock Eats for the amazing charcuterie board and chicken skewers, and Eat More Cake for the delicious cupcakes and cookies. Everything was wonderful and helped make the celebration even more special!

And most importantly, thank you to everyone who came to celebrate Dr. Broome and 25 years of Monadnock Dental. Seeing so many people from different parts of his life and our community come together was a wonderful reminder of just how many lives he has touched over the years.

Happy 25th anniversary, Dr. Broome! Here’s to 25 years of caring for our community, creating lasting relationships, and making Monadnock Dental what it is today.

Yesterday we started our day with a great staff meeting alongside our dental coach, Susan, learning, growing, and working together to make our team even stronger. Then we headed over to Dr. Broome’s house, traded the office for the lake, and ended the day enjoying some sunshine and time together on the boat!

We’re so grateful for a team that works hard together and has just as much fun together. Thank you, Dr. Broome, for having us and giving us the perfect ending to such a great day! 🫶🏼

While the rest of us were grilling, relaxing, and enjoying the long weekend, Dr. Broome was casually flyboarding dressed as the Grinch. Because apparently that’s how dentists unwind. 😂

Today we are celebrating a truly incredible milestone - 11 years with our amazing hygienist, Meg.

Eleven years is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to the dedication, compassion, and commitment that Meg brings to our office each and every day. Over the last 11 years, she has cared for countless patients, built lasting relationships, and helped make our practice what it is today.

Meg has touched the lives of so many people throughout her time here. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care for others are evident in everything she does. Whether she's helping a nervous patient feel at ease, supporting a teammate, or brightening someone's day with her smile, she leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.

Meg, we hope you know how loved and appreciated you are. You are so much more than a coworker, you are family. We are beyond grateful for everything you have done for this office, our patients, and each one of us. Thank you for the countless ways you've supported us, cared for others, and helped make this office feel like home.

We love you, we are thankful for you, and we are so proud to celebrate this incredible accomplishment with you. Eleven years of service, dedication, and heart is something truly special, and today we celebrate not only the milestone, but the amazing person behind it.
