We are in need of someone to work our front desk. We would prefer the person to be familiar with Eaglesoft and have prior dental experience. The person needs to be a friendly, time conscious person. We work four days a week, no Fridays, 7:45-5:00 pm. The majority of our staff has been here for years and we all work well together. Dr. Patel is great to work for and offers 401K as well as the opportunity for monthly bonuses. If you are interested, please give me a call at 757-7940, ask for Missy.

We are so excited that we will be returning to the office Monday, May 11th! We look forward to seeing all of our patients and hope that everyone is doing well. We ask that if you have an appointment, and we haven’t made contact with you, please give the office a call prior to your appointment. Due to the changes in our world we have a series of questions for all patients that are going to be seen. We ask that you also stay in your car when you arrive at the office, just give us a call and we will let you know if it’s your turn to come inside. For the safety of our patients, as well as our staff, we are not allowing anyone in our waiting area and are only allowing patients with appointments to be in the operatories. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope that you understand. Our number is 904-757-7940. We can’t wait to see you all!

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic in an effort to keep our patients and team safe, we will be closing at the end of today, March 19th. At this time we are not sure when we will return, but will post an update as soon as we have this information. We will be available for existing patients on an emergency basis. Please call Dr. Patel at 904-610-9582. Please everyone stay safe!

On a daily basis we adhere to the standards that are set for infectious control including wearing protective gear, such as gloves, masks and eyewear. We use medically approved disinfectants, we use as many disposable materials that we can and practice stringent sterilization protocols. As your dental provider we are taking additional precautions to protect our patients as well as ourselves from the spread of the Coronavirus. We will be monitoring temperatures when you check-in at the front desk and ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided at the front counter coming into the office as well as leaving the office. We will be sanitizing administrative areas and clinical areas even more than standard policy during each day.

We ask that in order to protect our staff and other patients, if you or any member of your family has flu-like symptoms, a cough and/or fever, please reschedule your appointment. Also, if you have recently traveled outside of the United States, please give us a call and we will be happy to reschedule you. In addition, the broken fee policy will not apply at this time.
