When I tell you this staff is the best, I mean they are the absolute BEST. Everyone there took such great care of me. I had such high anxiety about the dentist but they were patient, understanding, explained everything in a way I could understand. And due to a cancellation, I was able to stay and have my teeth cleaned for the first time in a long time. Jacquelyn did such an AMAZING job getting my cleaning done. I am actually excited to go back and get the necessary work needed completed. I will be coming back to Dr. Paul & his staff from now on! Thank you all!

Is iced coffee bad for your teeth? Whether you like yours hot or iced, all coffee is acidic and can lead to tooth sensitivity and increase the risk of cavities if consumed in excess. It can also stain your teeth over time. Many commercially available iced coffees contain added sugars or sweetened syrups, which can promote tooth decay and gum disease if consumed frequently. But don’t worry - we won’t ask you to take away your iced coffee for good!

To minimize potential negative effects on your teeth while enjoying iced coffee:
- Limit consumption of sugary or sweetened varieties.
- Drink through a straw positioned toward the back of your mouth to reduce contact with teeth.
- Rinse your mouth with water after drinking coffee to help neutralize acidity and reduce staining.
- Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth at least twice a day and flossing daily.
- Visit your dentist regularly for check-ups and professional cleanings.

You may have heard the claim that charcoal toothpaste can be used to naturally whiten your teeth.

However, there's no proof that charcoal dental products are safe or effective, according to the American Dental Association.
