🪥 A FEW TIPS FROM AMANDA & ELIZABETH:

✨ Brush twice a day for two minutes with fluoride toothpaste.
✨ Floss daily — don’t forget those hard-to-reach areas between your teeth!
✨ Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles are worn.
✨ Don’t skip your dental cleanings — regular visits help keep your smile healthy and catch problems early.
✨ Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help rinse away food and bacteria.
✨ Don’t ignore bleeding gums — healthy gums shouldn’t routinely bleed when brushing or flossing.
