We believe early intervention can make all the difference in protecting your smile and your overall oral health. So, the midpoint of summer is the perfect time to ask yourself:

✔️ Have my gums been bleeding?
✔️ Are there any loose teeth?
✔️ Bad breath that won't go away?
✔️ Sensitive roots?

If you've noticed any of these, head to your general dentist and request a referral to see Dr. Field or Dr. Raz! 😁

Staying hydrated does more than support your overall health, it helps protect your smile, too!

Water helps maintain saliva production, which plays an important role in washing away food particles, neutralizing acids, and keeping harmful bacteria in check.

When your mouth is dry, plaque and bacteria can build up more easily, increasing the risk of cavities, bad breath, and gum inflammation.

So the next time you reach for a drink, choose water and give your smile a healthy boost! 🦷
