Versah, LLC

Versah, LLC The Osseodensification Company known for Densah Burs - Preserve the Bone and Enhance the Host. Every Patient. Every Implant.

Versah LLC was founded in April of 2014 by Dr. Salah Huwais, a practicing Periodontist in Jackson Michigan. Dr. Huwais created Versah in order to provide dental implant clinicians with an improved and unique way to prepare osteotomies for implant placement. While placing implants over his 18 years of practice, Dr. Huwais consistently experienced the limitations of excavating bone using conventiona

l drills when preparing osteotomies. His goal was to create a new instrument and procedure to maintain healthy bone while preparing osteotomies rather than remove it to simply make space. Osseodensification is the procedure that led to the creation of Versah. The procedure is accomplished using the proprietary instruments Dr. Huwais invented and named the Densah Bur Kit. Contrary to drilling away bone, the Densah Burs are rotated in reverse at 800 – 1500 rpms and when coupled with irrigation, hydro dynamically densify bone through compaction autografting or Osseodensification. The result is a consistently cylindrical and densified osteotomy. Consistent osteotomies and densification are important to implant primary stability and to early loading.

Primary stability is one of the strongest predictors of implant success — and now you can engineer it from the start.
Densah® Bur Technology gives your implants a measurable head start by densifying low-quality bone utilizing a technique called Osseodensification. The result? Improved: bone-to-implant contact rates, early healing, and implant outcomes*— all through a technique that integrates seamlessly into your existing workflow.

Precise. Predictable. Remarkably straightforward.

Set your implant practice up for success with Densah® Bur Technology. Easy enough that it almost feels like cheating.

Your technique deserves tools that match it.

Densah® Burs perform at their best when they’re at their sharpest — and that means replacing them after every 20 osteotomies*, or sooner if you notice any signs of wear. One small habit can have a big impact on your implant outcomes.
Think of it this way: you’ve invested in your skills, your training, and your practice. Don’t let a worn bur be the variable that holds your results back.
A fresh set of Densah® Burs isn’t just a supply order — it’s a commitment to the standard of care you provide and the performance your expertise demands.

Stay sharp. Stay at the top of your game.

Every osteotomy demands precision, and a dull or overused bur compromises exactly that. Your patients trust you with their health, their confidence, and their quality of life. That trust deserves to be backed by tools that are just as sharp as your skills.

Make it a standard in your practice: replace your Densah® Burs after 20 osteotomies* — or sooner if you notice signs of wear. It’s a small habit that makes a significant difference in surgical outcomes, patient safety, and the long-term reputation of your implant practice.
Your patients came to you to feel and look their best. Give them every advantage you can.

Refresh your burs. Protect your patients.

Work with biology, not against it. With osseodensification drilling (OD), primary implant stability was significantly higher during the first 6 weeks when compared to conventional standard drilling (SD). In a study published by E. Bergamo DDS, MSc, PhD, et. al. this held true in both arches, anterior and posterior, and for all implant dimensions of regular and long length*. Additionally, in a newly published study by A. Zahoui, DDS MSc, PhD, et. al, it was demonstrated that OD outperformed SD, no matter the arch, position, dimension or length of the implant**.

Fortify your implant practice with Densah® Burs by protecting your patient's natural biology and supporting implant strength and stability.

Precision matters in every procedure — and that includes the tools you use.

Densah® Burs are designed to perform at their best for up to 20 uses,* but dull or worn burs don’t just underperform — they work against you. Instead of smooth, controlled advancement, a worn bur chatters and hammers against bone, making every millimeter harder than it needs to be. The difference a fresh bur makes isn’t just measurable — it’s tangible. Sharp Densah® Burs glide into the osteotomy with gentle, consistent pressure and zero chatter. Once you feel it, you’ll never go back to pushing through with a worn-out set. Your patients deserve your best work. Your hands deserve the right tools.

Have you felt the difference yet? Shop fresh Densah® Burs and experience the precision firsthand:
