Let’s talk about one piece dental implants. I’m a huge fan of one piece implants because of their simplicity and strength. We offer implants that range from 2mm in diameter up to 5mm. The picture below shows examples of two types of “abutments” that we offer. O-ball, primarily in the mini implant style. These are great for snap in dentures and single and multiple tooth replacement. The other type is a full abutment for cementable crowns and bridges. All of the implants offered are solid titanium so they are very strong and we don’t have to worry about the tiny set screw coming loose like they can with standard two piece implants.
