From restorative and preventive care to cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Tanner and his son and partner Dr. Matthew Tanner provide time and education to help adults and children maintain a healthy mouth and avoid dental problems down the road. Our doctors apply this dedication in the Issaquah community where they live, work, and give back, and in their volunteer dental mission work abroad.

Happy Father’s Day! This weekend Dr. Rob completed a bucket-list item by summiting Mount Rainier alongside his sons, Dr. Matt and Carson Tanner. It was an amazing weekend with perfect weather, breathtaking views, and unforgettable memories made together on one of the most iconic peaks in the Pacific Northwest. A truly special father-and-sons adventure that will be cherished for a lifetime. 🏔️❤️

We had an amazing weekend at the Seattle Northwest Dental Conference. We enjoyed spending time together as a team while participating in continuing education courses. We were also thrilled to reconnect with Papa Joe, the leader of the Thousand Smiles Dental humanitarian project, a cause we have been honored to support since 2005.

Tourism is the primary economic driver for the country of Turks and Caicos, accounting for over 90% of the countries GDP. Being able to smile with confidence often brings better job opportunities in this labor market.
The best part of this volunteer dentistry is seeing the joy and confidence someone receives by having a beautiful smile restored and knowing the difference it will make in their life!

Two weeks ago, I had the chance to participate with my wife, Diane, and one of our hygienists, Elena Don in our biannual humanitarian dental service project called 1000 Smiles. Some of our family members were able to participate with us and we met many new friends as fellow volunteers. This year we returned to the beautiful country of Turks and Caicos. We had the opportunity to improve smiles, relieve pain, and educate children and communities in oral hygiene. We feel so blessed that we were able to provide dental work and also share stories and make connections with the beautiful people of Turks and Caicos.
