You could say it like this in a presentation:

“This patient was treated with a cranial orthotic in collaboration with Dr. Jason Scappa. On the initial CBCT, the right condyle appeared narrow and pointed, positioned centrally within the glenoid fossa. Following treatment, we observed significant remodeling of the condyle. It developed a broader, more rounded morphology and translated anteriorly, assuming a more physiologic position along the articular eminence. These changes are consistent with improved condylar adaptation and joint positioning.”

Or, if you want it to sound more conversational:

“This patient wore a cranial orthotic and was co-treated with Dr. Jason Scappa. Initially, the right condyle was very pointy and thin, sitting in the middle of the fossa. After treatment, the condyle remodeled—it became more rounded and moved forward onto the articular eminence, demonstrating a healthier joint position.”
