Okay....now that I have had my “pot” of coffee, lets discuss this case I did!! Free had fixed all-on-4 upper and lower with same day conversions. The difference this was that I severed greater palatine arteries and sphenopalatine artery while bone reduction. Ligated them using PGA sutures. Its hard to appreciate those in the pictures due to bleeding.
