We use different methods to alleviate your pain, especially when it comes to anesthesia. We use the most up-do-date and evidence-backed techniques to achieve a profound anesthesia. Once we have that, we will try our best to complete the treatment in the least time possible. However, we prioritize perfection over promptness. Why do we use microscopes for root canals at Irvine Endodontics?

Because your tooth deserves more than just what the eye can see.

Inside every tooth is a tiny, complex system of canals. Some are narrow, curved, or even hidden. With a dental microscope, we can see those details clearly. That means we can find extra canals, remove infection more thoroughly, and protect as much healthy tooth structure as possible.

Irvine Endodontics offers CBCT. A lot of our cases are complicated, and we need to see a 3D view of what’s going on inside each tooth! It shows us the canals anatomy and we will know how to treat them accordingly. It also will show a comprehensive view of all the teeth and bones surrounding them, so we will be able to pinpoint problems that are going to appear later in life!

2025 was a special year for us! We increased our patient numbers and their satisfaction significantly. We now have more than 335 reviews at FIVE STARS on Google, making us the highest rated endodontic practice in the region. We held CE courses on diagnosis and treatment planning. We implemented new standards on emergency patient care and patient reports. And many more. We are grateful of our wonderful staff and dentists and practices that trust us with their patients and with their heart! We love you and we love treating as much pain as we can!!
