Lake Bowen Dental Studio We're dedicated to providing excellent dental care and top-notch customer service. Foothills Dental has deep roots in the Spartanburg community.

We treat our patients like family, and in some cases, we have four generations of families that trust us for their oral care. We are dedicated professionals that seek to provide excellent care and top-notch customer service. Our patients deserve it! We are the opposite of some of the large corporate offices that have appeared over the past few years. These offices are known for luring patients in with “free” this and that, then handing over an expensive treatment plan that may not be entirely necessary. We strive to treat people as individuals and deliver honest treatment plans ranging from simple cleanings to cosmetic cases. Our goal is pain-free quality service with reasonable wait times and no “sticker shock” when it comes to treatment. We are also in network with over 40 insurances, just give us a call and we're happy to check if we are in network with yours.

Whether she's prepping instruments or helping a patient feel at ease in the chair, Julie brings the same warmth and attention to detail to every visit.

We're not a chain. We're not answering to corporate investors or hitting production quotas.

Dr. Kacey owns this practice, and that means every recommendation is guided by what's actually best for you, not what's best for the bottom line. Dentistry with integrity.

That's locally owned care. Welcome to Lake Bowen.

Dental visits don't have to be awkward. We don't judge, we don't lecture, and we definitely don't use outdated tech.

Just honest care from a team that gets it. For teens who actually want to come back.

We get it, not every patient is thrilled about the dentist chair. That's why we keep things calm, explain everything clearly, and make sure every age feels welcome and comfortable.

Come for the dental care, stay for the chaos. 😂🦷✨

After years in dental practices, here's what we decided to leave behind: uncomfortable goopy impressions (hello, digital scanners!), rushing patients through care, recommending treatment you don't need, and treating you like a transaction.

At Lake Bowen, we do things differently. Better technology. Genuine relationships. Honestly? It's how dentistry should be.

This is what it looks like when a patient leaves knowing exactly what happened, why it matters, and that their smile is in good hands.

No surprises. No pressure. Just honest care and a team that listens.

When you walk in, you're not a chart number, you're a neighbor.

Our team remembers your name, asks about your kids, and genuinely cares about making your visit feel less like an appointment and more like catching up with people who know you. That's the Lake Bowen difference.

Come say hi.
