As our Office Manager, Staci is at the heart of our practice. With over 20 years of dental experience—and nearly 7 years with our team—she brings an incredible level of knowledge, organization, and care to everything she does. Simply put, she’s phenomenal at her job, and we’re so lucky to have her organizing each step of the way.

When she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, you’ll find her cheering on the Colts and Pacers, enjoying relaxing beach getaways with her family, or spending time with her newest (and favorite) role—being a Mimi! Her new granddaughter has completely stolen her heart.

Staci’s warmth, dedication, and love for both our team and our patients make a difference every single day. If you’ve been to our office, chances are she’s helped make your experience a great one!

Lexi is a recent graduate of the IU School of Dentistry’s dental hygiene program, and she brings a fresh passion for patient care to our team. She’s dedicated to making every visit comfortable, thorough, and positive—so you can leave with a healthier, brighter smile!

Outside of the office, Lexi loves spending time with her dog Bailey and her cat Millie. She’s always up for trying something new—lately, that’s been pickleball with friends and family! And if you ask her about travel, she’ll tell you her favorite adventure so far has been exploring Iceland.

Outside the office, she’s a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart and a proud mom. When she’s not here taking care of our patients, you’ll likely find her camping, out on the water boating, cheering on football, or enjoying the excitement of the Indy 500 🏁
