✨ floss/threaders
✨ elastics/rubber bands
✨ pain reliever

Elastics are the KEY to your end result. Here’s why

✨ They help align your bite, move teeth where they need to be, and may speed up treatment.
✨ Elastics provide a gentle force moving your upper and lower jaws into alignment.
✨ They should be worn most of the time (we usually recommend 22 hours).
✨ If you don’t wear your elastics, it will prolong treatment.

Bottom line: wear your elastics 😉
