Destruction from root canal-treated teeth can go undiagnosed for YEARS! 🦷
This patient knew something just didn’t feel right with her front teeth. After evaluation, she was given the option to attempt to save the teeth with a procedure called an apicoectomy.
In this case, she chose to have the teeth removed and the area grafted, with plans for zirconia implants in the future.
This is a perfect example of why regular dental visits are so important! Some problems can develop silently, without pain or obvious symptoms, until significant damage has occurred.
