Ready for a healthier smile, one simple habit at a time? Starting October 4, join our "4 Weeks to a Healthier Smile Challenge"!

Each week, you’ll build on the last to create a strong daily oral-care routine:

Week 1: Brush twice a day for a full two minutes
Week 2: Keep brushing and add daily flossing
Week 3: Continue brushing and flossing, then add tongue scraping
Week 4: Keep up all three habits every day - brush, floss, and scrape

Complete your challenge calendar and email it to us ([email protected]) by November 4 for a chance to win our hand-picked holistic dental-care gift basket, valued at $150 (this includes a Sonicare Electronic Toothbrush and holistic dental products)!

For fresher breath: brush twice a day, floss daily, scrape your tongue daily, and drink water. This helps keep your smile fresh from the inside out.
