Summer is FULL of snacks & that non-stop grazing is exactly why we see a spike in cavities this time of year.

Here’s how to keep the fun AND protect those smiles:
✅ Snack in one sitting, not all day
✅ Choose water over juice between meals
✅ Keep up the brushing routine (even on late nights)

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and that includes the way our kids feel about the dentist.

Dental anxiety is one of the most common fears in children, and we see it every single day.

It's part of why every detail of our office was designed to put kids at ease.
From the arcade games and fun décor to the movies playing on the ceiling mid-appointment.

A relaxed kid is a healthier kid.

And a good experience early on sets the tone for a lifetime of taking care of their smile.

We're here for the nervous ones just as much as the excited ones. 😊
