Say hello to another of Willow Creek Dental’s hygienists!
Carlie was born in California where she lived until age 10 when she moved to Arizona. She spent her senior year in Georgia, then came to Idaho when she went to BYU-Idaho for her pre-requisites. She married her husband, Bryce, in 2012, and graduated with her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene in 2014. She has 3 kids named Harper, Braddock, and Bowie. She loves to be outdoors with them, paddle boarding or exploring and enjoying the sunshine. She also loves to snowboard, read, sing, and dance. She loves building friendships with her patients and educating them on how they can improve their home care!

Highlighting another one of our AWESOME hygienists, Talisha!

My name is Talisha and I have been a clinical dental hygienist since 2001, when I graduated from Idaho State University. I live in Arco with my husband, and have 5 kids ages 9-22. I love hiking, running, reading, and traveling. Fun facts: I built flush toilets in Fiji with my son, I floss every day, and have learned cliff jumping is definitely harder after having children- I am less brave now (or have more responsibility to not do stupid things 🤔)

Another day, another amazing hygienist to spotlight!
Afton grew up in Portland, OR, staying busy playing soccer, basketball and running track.
She attended BYU, Provo where she met her husband, Brett. They've been married 14 years and have two girls, Colette and Ellen, as well as a hyper golden retriever named Molly.
Afton got her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene at Utah College of Dental Hygiene and was awarded the Alfred C Fones scholarship. She has been a hygienist for 12 years, and in 2019 got her masters in Business Administration to help with the business side of dentistry and small businesses.
She enjoys coaching girls soccer, gardening, cooking, bargain hunting, and traveling. Her favorite thing about dental hygiene is the relationships she gets to build with her amazing patients!

Meet one of our other amazing hygienists, Olivia! Liv is the only girl of 5 in her family, and is right in the middle. She played tennis in high school, and now stays active in the outdoors doing things like kayaking, boating, hiking, biking, snowboarding, pickleball, and paddle boarding. She went to Utah State (Go Aggies!) before completing her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene at Utah College of Dental Hygiene. She loves being with friends and her family. She just got married in July to her husband Dalton. She loves making connections with her patients as she educates them on proper oral hygiene that helps to increase their overall health.

Happy National Dental Hygiene month! This month, we will be highlighting our amazing hygienists as well as sharing all of our favorite dental hygiene tips!
First up is Nicole!

Nicole has been a dental hygienist for 6 years. She has 2 kids, Charlie (3) & Cody(10 months) and has been married to her husband Tanner for 5 years. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family and she likes to hike, swim, and go camping. Growing up she was a cheerleader, played softball and loved to run cross country. If she could go anywhere, she would go somewhere warm with a beach and yummy food.
