Meet the founder and CEO of XCEL Dental - Braeden Ricks.
Being provided a unique opportunity early in life to partner with a large DSO founder, Braeden was able to learn and grow very quickly in the field.
Born in Rexburg, raised in Idaho Falls, I had a wonderful experiences serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Oklahoma where I was blessed to have made many tremendous relationships that eventually took me back there after meeting my beautiful and supportive wife, Shay, while attending USU in Logan, UT.
After building and selling our first successful dental lab in Oklahoma and having their first child, Hadlee, we purchased another in Amarillo Texas. While growing the long standing lab in that area of 40
years in business, we welcomed our second daughter, Kenadee.
With family being our greatest priority, we ultimately decided it was time to move back home for our girls to grow up surrounded by family and loved ones. It didn’t take long for us to find our way back into the industry we have come to love and respect so much, with new techniques and concepts to help every person that comes in contact with our organization to have a brighter, healthier, and more genuine smile.
