It's National Children's Dental Health Month! Help keep your child's smile healthy and beautiful by making sure your child
-brushes and flosses daily,
-eats a tooth-friendly diet (i.e., minimizes consumption of foods that contain added sugars, highly processed carbohydrates, and acidic foods), and
-visits a pediatric dentist at least twice a year.

When should you start flossing your child's teeth? As soon as your child has two teeth that touch! Remember that a toothbrush cannot fully clean *between* two teeth, so it is important to floss every day to prevent cavities!
