If you’re new around here, meet Dr. Payam Azizkhani.

A Huntsville native, Dr. Azizkhani completed his undergraduate and master’s education at UAB before attending the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He then returned to UAB Hospital to complete his General Practice Residency.

Dr. Azizkhani believes great dentistry starts with trust. He understands that visiting the dentist can feel intimidating, so patient comfort, communication and satisfaction are always at the center of his approach.

From restorative and cosmetic dentistry to complex full arch rehabilitation, he is committed to continuing his education and staying current on the latest advancements in dentistry.

Outside the office, you’ll find him playing basketball, golf or tennis, weightlifting, traveling and trying new foods.
