To clarify: Dr. Banta continues to see patients at SeaGate Family Dental. As part of the
ownership transition to Drs. Issa and Larissa, we are required to update all insurance contracts to reflect the new ownership.

While this process is underway, some insurance companies may send letters stating we are no longer in-network. This is a normal part of the ownership transition, and there will be no disruption to your care or coverage.
