Some people roll the toothpaste tube neatly from the bottom. Others squeeze right in the middle and let chaos take over. Sharing a bathroom might be the ultimate test of these two personalities!

We’ll leave the tube negotiations to you, as long as you’re brushing twice a day. 😉

Your calendar is packed, your shoulders are tense… and your jaw might be feeling it, too. Stress can show up as clenching, grinding, or changes in your daily oral care routine.

If you’ve noticed jaw tension or tooth sensitivity, bring it up at your next visit.

There’s a little science behind that brighter smile! ✨

Whitening gel uses peroxide to pe*****te the tooth and break down molecules responsible for discoloration. It’s more than washing away surface stains, and results depend on what caused the discoloration in the first place.

Dental implants aren’t just about replacing a missing tooth; the planning behind treatment matters, too. Your dentist may evaluate your bone, gums, bite, neighboring teeth, and overall oral health before determining the right approach. In some cases, your dentist may recommend additional treatment before placing an implant.

A carefully planned process helps create a strong foundation for your new smile. Schedule an implant consultation to learn what your treatment could involve.

Pumpkin spice latte season has officially arrived, but those cozy fall drinks can leave more behind than good vibes. ☕

Frequent coffee and other dark-colored beverages can contribute to surface staining over time. If your smile isn’t looking quite as bright as you’d like, professional teeth whitening can help refresh its appearance.

Schedule a whitening consultation and head into fall with a smile you’ll feel confident showing off!

Dental implants are a popular solution for missing teeth, but they aren’t the only way to rebuild your smile. Depending on your needs, bridges, partial dentures, or full dentures may also restore function and improve your confidence.

The right solution depends on factors like your oral health, goals, lifestyle, and budget. Schedule a consultation to compare your tooth replacement options and find the approach that works best for you.

When it comes to kids and toothpaste, more isn’t necessarily better!

The American Dental Association recommends a smear about the size of a grain of rice for children under 3 and a pea-sized amount for children ages 3–6. Helping young children brush also makes it easier to ensure they clean thoroughly and don't swallow toothpaste.

Have questions about your child’s brushing routine? Ask your dental team at their next visit!
