Not all dental X-rays show the same thing.
A regular X-ray gives us a close-up view of just a few teeth, helping us spot things like small cavities and detailed changes.
A panoramic X-ray, on the other hand, shows the big picture—your teeth, jaw, bone, and surrounding areas all in one image. This helps us see things like impacted teeth, bone loss, and other concerns that may not be visible in a close-up view.
Both are important—they just help us in different ways to keep your smile healthy. 💙
