After years of caring for smiles at Rominger Family Dentistry, our amazing hygienist Cyndie Kamal has retired.

If Cyndie was ever your hygienist, you already know what made her special. She remembered your kids' names, asked how the garden was doing, and somehow turned a dental visit into catching up with a friend. That kind of care is not something you can teach. It is simply who she is.

Cyndie, thank you for every patient you put at ease and every smile you helped keep healthy. We miss you already, and we could not be happier for you.

Quick one for parents — how much toothpaste does your child actually need? 🪥

Less than you'd think:
👶 Under 3: a tiny smear, about the size of a grain of rice
🧒 Ages 3–6: a pea-sized amount

And yes...use a fluoride toothpaste (it's the ingredient that actually prevents cavities), just teach them to spit, not swallow.

Too much foam makes it harder for little ones to spit and doesn't clean any better. A little goes a long way!
