These baskets include: $65.00 worth of gift cards, some Thanksgiving goodies, AND a couple other surprises! 😊 Please stop into office of your choice to enter drawing for basket, or you may email us to put your name in if you are not able to make it to the office. One entry per current patient please. Winner must pick up basket and contents, from our office, with ID within 2 weeks of drawing or basket and contents are forfeited. Last day to enter is end of business hours on November 20th, 2025. Winners will be notified on November 21st, 2025. Please check back on our page for winners!
