Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are a friendly, high tech, family-oriented private practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to our community. We value a positive work-life balance, which is why we offer a consistent four-day work week with no weekend shifts.
What You’ll Do
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and restorative procedures.
• Prepare, break down, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and Dentsply Sirona digital scanner.
• Update patient electronic records using Open Dental.
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
What We’re Looking For
• Certifications: Valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and X-ray certification required.
• Reliability: Someone who enjoys a consistent 9-to-5 schedule and arrives ready to support the team.
• Attitude: A "patient-first" mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great work ethic.
