What You’ll Do:

📞 Connect with patients via friendly phone calls and text messages
🗓️ Schedule and confirm patient visits
👋 Check in with patients due for their next appointment
💻 Keep records up to date using simple, modern software

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Fluent in Spanish & English
✅ Comfortable navigating computers, phones, and simple programs
✅ Warm, positive, and customer-focused attitude
✅ Great communication and organizational habits
