No. 10 on our list: The incredible tale of Anthony Jones, who after spending more than a month in the hospital, had beaten the virus. But lying on his stomach to help him breathe left him with a massively swollen tongue. When the family consulted a specialist with UTHealth School of Dentistry at Houston, they were finally given a name for his condition and hope.
