A great smile isn't only about straight, white teeth.

When you sit down for an exam with Dr. Mouzi, the conversation starts with health, your gums, your teeth, how everything is working. Cosmetic work only comes up if you want it to.

She flew home from a trip to Mexico with two front teeth broken.

Her smile has always meant the world to her, and she was heartbroken. She called us right away, and we told her to bring the pieces in. When she came into the office, she cried while we took photo after photo to plan her repair.

Dr. Mouzi rebuilt her front teeth, and when the work was finished, it was exactly what she had hoped for. Because the breaks reached her two front teeth, she needed a root canal for the first time in her life. We referred her out for that step, then welcomed her back to fine tune the fit.

Dr. Mouzi says this to patients often. She's proud of the crowns and fillings she does, but every one of them is man-made, and man-made things have a lifespan. They get repaired and replaced over a lifetime.
