For all of the parents that have a humongous bag of Halloween candy at home, please remember to limit candy to no more than 2 per day and to have those kiddos brush before bed.

Did you know that sucking on a lollipop or hard candy is more harmful to your teeth than eating chocolate? Biting into hard candy can cause teeth and existing dental restorations to break. It is also allowing sugar to sit on the teeth longer since they take more time to eat. Chocolate, however, is eaten immediately, is soft, and not sitting on the teeth as long. Plus, its super YUMMY!! So have some chocolate!
