Tooth #15: pulp necrosis with asymptomatic apical periodontitis. We completed endodontic treatment using the GentleWave system. Long and curvy roots all cleaned out!

Tooth #31: pulp necrosis with symptomatic apical periodontitis. The patient was motivated to save the tooth. We completed endodontic treatment using the GentleWave system. A post and crown were placed, and healing looks excellent at 6 months. The tooth is saved, the patient and endodontist are happy!
