Elizabeth Frost from the Design Firm deserves special recognition for her meticulous planning and flawless delivery of my office renovation. Her astonishing artistry has unexpectedly uplifted my professional self-image & I couldn't possibly be happier - surpassing my expectations is an understatement. During the planning stages, she emphasized how much your surroundings affect your frame of mind but I had no idea how powerful this metamorphosis could actually be!
Prior to the reno, my day-to-day felt uninspired and monotonous, just going through the motions so to speak. But now I feel much more passionate and enthusiastic - every day feels brighter and more energized! I know that sounds cliche but it is 100% true! In all honesty, I always considered these kinds of memes as mere platitudes but now I find myself reaching out to you, the reader of this review, as a witness to the truly life-changing effect Elizabeth's efforts have had!
She couldn't have been more professional in presenting the initial plans, giving her full attention with respect for my intentions and feedback at each step along the way. Her ability to manifest ideas into a coordinated, cohesive, comfy, and creative atmosphere is just plain marvelous. The office has become a canvas on which my staff, my patients, and myself all find ourselves feeling privileged to paint with our daily interactions and experiences.
Her ability to coordinate between contractors made the structured timeframe of the project efficient and cost-effective. The building owner was very happy that the work was completed on schedule and without any delayed surprises. Now when patients come in, they're all astonished at how much was done in such a short time. I know all too well how the shows on HGTV make everything look like these projects never seem to have any major hiccups but I can honestly say I was very impressed with how everything went according to plan. We all know how much that matters when every day not working is a day not producing.
Elizabeth's taste is impeccable. I expect the compliments to continue in the years to come as the style she delivered feels timeless and elegant, in a way that puts everyone at ease and yet still feels suitable even for formalwear. She was always on time, available, and receptive. I will surely keep her in mind in the future - I'm so impressed that at this point it seems like any other designer might be a disappointment. A class act all the way!
