Dental bonding is strong, but it isn’t indestructible. Things like hard candy, pizza crust, apples, and corn on the cob can put pressure on the bonding and cause it to chip.

Protect your smile by cutting harder foods into smaller pieces and avoiding biting directly into them with bonded teeth. A little extra care can help your bonding last longer!
