OFSC was founded in 2002 when Dr. Baughman joined Dr. Saal forming a partnership in the practice of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

In 2022 we welcomed Dr. Duplantier as a surgeon and now co-owner, carrying forward commitment to excellence in patient care. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Christopher Saal DDS, MD, David Baughman DDS, MD & Martin Duplantier, DDS, practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery in 3 locations: Houma, Thibodaux, and Morgan City. We provide expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of head

and neck cancers, corrective jaw surgery, facial pain and TMJ disorders, facial injuries, wisdom tooth removal and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.

We’re proud to share that Dr. Martin Duplantier recently completed advanced continuing education through the Total Tissue Training course led by Ehab Moussa.

This hands-on program focused on advanced soft tissue grafting and implant tissue management techniques to help improve long-term clinical outcomes and patient care.
