Dr Murray Rabalais

Dr Murray Rabalais Dr. Rabalais specializes in Periodontics, treating gum disease and recession. Dr. Rabalais is an experienced dental practitioner. Army as a dental officer.

In 1966 he graduated from Northeast Louisiana State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University in 1970. Dr. Rabalais then served two years in the U.S. While in the military he completed a mini-residency in periodontics which began his interest in that specialty. Following military service he practiced general dentis

try for six years. In 1978 he entered the LSU School of Dentistry for post-graduate studies in Periodontics. He received his Certificate in Periodontics in 1980. For his research while a graduate student he was presented an award for Research Excellence by the American Association for Dental Research. Dr. Rabalais frequently attends continuing education courses to remain informed of the newest methods and techniques of periodontal treatment. He is an Active Lifetime member of the American Academy of Periodontology. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Bayou District Dental Association.

Doctor Rabalais is giving thanks to his hard-working staff by giving them the week off!
The office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holidays on Monday, November 22nd through Friday, November 26th.
Phone calls will be available Monday, November 29th and the doors will open Tuesday the 30th.
