Now Hiring: Financial & Insurance Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our dental team as our Financial & Insurance Coordinator. If you enjoy helping people, have a knack for organization, and love seeing things through to completion, we’d love to meet you!

This position plays an important role in helping our patients understand their treatment, maximize their insurance benefits, and feel confident moving forward with their dental care.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
Reviewing treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
Verifying insurance benefits and submitting insurance claims
Following up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate financial records
Answering patient questions regarding insurance and billing
Working closely with our clinical team to help patients receive the care they need

We’re looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and people skills
Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Enjoys problem-solving and following through on outstanding claims
Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude
Has experience with dental insurance, billing, and treatment plan presentation (preferred)
Has experience with dental practice software (a plus)

🦷 Meet Us Monday: Dena Lambert 🦷
This week we're excited to introduce one of the familiar faces behind the scenes at Plaza Carmona Dental Associates—Dena!

Dena has been a Registered Dental Assistant for an incredible 26 years, and she's spent every one of those years caring for patients right here at PCDA. Her experience, compassion, and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team.

Born and raised in the Jessieville area, Dena and her husband, Josh, are active members of their community and proudly serve with the Buckville and Jessieville Volunteer Fire Departments.

When she's not helping create healthy smiles, Dena enjoys spending time with family, being active in her church, and enjoying the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and hiking. During football season, you'll likely find her cheering on the Jessieville Lions from the stands!

When asked what she loves most about her job, Dena shared: ❤️ "Helping people—whether it's getting them out of pain or giving them a new smile they're proud of."

This week we are featuring Lisa! 🦷💙

Lisa has been a valued part of our practice family for over 20 years, and so many of our patients know and love her gentle care and friendly smile. When she’s not helping patients achieve healthy smiles, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and exploring a good walk or hike. Lisa is miraculous with dedications she has completed various marathons/half marathons and 5Ks!

Fun Fact - Lisa is a wonderful yoga teacher

We are so grateful for her dedication, kindness, and the presence she brings to our office every day. Thank you for all you do, Lisa! 💕

🌟 MEET US MONDAY 🌟

Meet Dr. Bryant 😃

If you haven’t met her in person yet, we promise you’ve probably heard her around the office! She has a contagious laugh and the energy of a caffeinated muskrat (her self-proclaimed spirit animal).

🏡 Dr. Bryant moved around quite a bit growing up, but one of her favorite places she lived was Diamante Country Club, where her dad worked as the golf pro.

💍🐕 She is the wife of Kody (Celebrating their 7 year anniversary today - HAPPY ANNIVESARY). She is a proud dog mom to Marvel and Annie.

🦷 Dr. Bryant is coming up on her 5th year with our office. She currently serves as the New Dentist Representative for District 12 of the American Dental Association, sits on the Council of Dental Practice, and stays actively involved in both her state and local dental associations. One of her favorite days each year is volunteering at the Arkansas Mission of Mercy, where she helps provide free extractions, fillings, and root canals to patients in need.

🐝 🐟 ⛳️ When she’s not in the office, there’s really no telling what hobby she’s picked up next. She grew up playing golf through high school, and today she enjoys beekeeping, fishing, golfing, and just about any craft project you can imagine. She’s always up for trying something new.
