Gendus Dental Partners For a number of years, we watched corporate dentistry come into Alabama and fail for a number of reasons. The answer was easy. It is working.

We saw unhappy selling doctors, unhappy associate doctors, unhappy staff, and unhappy patients. So we went to work to figure out why nobody was getting this right. The corporations were taking successful practices and trying to do everything they could do to change them to fit their model. We decided to create a model where we could change as little as possible and make these successful practices

even better, and that is what we have done. We hired outstanding partners in the fields of accounting, legal, banking, HR, and PR. We developed a model that brought in associates as partners, not employees, and we are supporting them at all levels by providing them an environment to nurture their skills, learn new ones, and grow at their own pace as they create their path to ownership. We now have 8 practices from the Florida Panhandle to Birmingham.
