To our Chace Lake Dental Family,

In accordance with Governor Kay Ivey and the Alabama Dental Association, all dental treatments that are not urgent are to cease immediately. Our office will close beginning March 19th until further notice. All cleaning and routine visits beginning March 20th through April 3rd will be rescheduled. All scheduled appointments on or after April 6th will be reassessed closer to time. If this is applicable to you and your appointment time, our staff will reach out to you to reschedule. We are daily monitoring the COVID-19 epidemic and plan to resume all appointments as soon as possible.

If you are experiencing a true dental emergency, we will do our best to handle your situation. Please email us at [email protected] or call 205-989-0090. If at all possible send an email instead of leaving voicemail. Voicemails will be checked periodically during the week. Emails will be checked daily.

Please understand we will do our best to answer all concerns in a timely manner.
