Are you at that point in treatment that you are given elastics? Here are some helpful tips..
1. Consistency produces results, removing only to eat and brush
2. Always put a fresh pair of elastics on to keep the tension tight
3. It may feel uncomfortable and sore the first few days, pushing through it will allow you to adjust and the pain will subside
