Have a set of dentures that you dislike? Here we took a set of dentures that the client wanted to replace with something fixed. The fixed temporary teeth we made look realistic and he commented it felt great to be able to feel his palate again and how great they looked. Darron at Intuitive always doing a great job as usual.

The scariest part isn’t the missing teeth. It’s not noticing you’ve built a whole new smile around it.

Difficult case but worth the hard work and planning. This client due to a medical condition suffered from decay her entire life despite having a great home care routine and excellent dentistry. Lack of saliva production will make decay explode due to lack of remineralization. She also had a crooked smile and a very gummy smile due to her natural anatomy. Through the all on x treatment, we were able to perform a surgery to change the appearance significantly and place dental implants so she could have fixed screw in teeth. Darron from Intuitive helped create an amazing temporary set of teeth that she will wear until we are ready to make final zirconia teeth a few months later. She is ecstatic with her new smile which makes it so rewarding for my team and I and pushes us to keep working hard. A new smile! Delivered same day as surgery. Sometimes severe dental problems make saving the teeth a losing battle. But taking action sooner rather than later helps us make this type of procedure (all on x) more predictable and possible with fewer additional surgeries. These temporary teeth made my are screwed into place and secure. The amazing client flew in from outer island to get a new set of teeth. I took out his badly damaged teeth from gum disease and then placed 5 implants. Darron from was on standby to create the temporary screw in teeth. He loved the look and feel of his new bottom teeth! This client rated the discomfort 1-2 out of 10. The all on x procedure can transform lives with less discomfort then you might expect.

Although I love the all on x procedure, not everyone needs it. Sometimes it makes more sense to save your teeth. Implant supported teeth are amazing but nothing beats your own real teeth in terms of strength, sensation, and longevity.

This case shows a set of temporary veneers and crowns on someone who thought she needed all on x treatment but after discussing options, she decided to fix her teeth. These temporary teeth give her an idea of what her teeth could look like. She’s happy with her decision to save her teeth and can’t wait until the final porcelain teeth arrive!
