At Countryside Dental, our mission is to serve our community with compassion, professionalism, and respect. We are proud to be a trusted resource for families in Hondo and the surrounding areas, and we are committed to treating every patient with dignity, fairness, and care.
A strong doctor-patient relationship is built on mutual trust, communication, and respect. Just as every patient has the right to choose the dental provider they feel is best for them, our practice also reserves the right to decide whether to accept a new patient or continue treating an existing one. We have a responsibility to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our team, our patients, and our community.
We welcome patients from all walks of life and do not make distinctions based on background, circumstances, or personal differences. However, respectful behavior toward our doctors and staff is required at all times. Abusive, threatening, harassing, manipulative, or repeatedly disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.
Patients whose behavior, demands, expectations, or actions interfere with our ability to provide appropriate care or maintain a professional environment may be refused as new patients or dismissed from the practice. Any dismissal of an existing patient will be handled in accordance with applicable professional bylaws, ethical obligations, and standards of care.
Our goal is to maintain a practice environment where our team can work safely and professionally and where patients can receive quality care built on mutual respect and cooperation.
