At Countryside Dental, our mission is to serve our community with compassion, professionalism, and respect. We are proud to be a trusted resource for families in Hondo and the surrounding areas, and we are committed to treating every patient with dignity, fairness, and care.

A strong doctor-patient relationship is built on mutual trust, communication, and respect. Just as every patient has the right to choose the dental provider they feel is best for them, our practice also reserves the right to decide whether to accept a new patient or continue treating an existing one. We have a responsibility to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our team, our patients, and our community.

We welcome patients from all walks of life and do not make distinctions based on background, circumstances, or personal differences. However, respectful behavior toward our doctors and staff is required at all times. Abusive, threatening, harassing, manipulative, or repeatedly disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.

Patients whose behavior, demands, expectations, or actions interfere with our ability to provide appropriate care or maintain a professional environment may be refused as new patients or dismissed from the practice. Any dismissal of an existing patient will be handled in accordance with applicable professional bylaws, ethical obligations, and standards of care.

Our goal is to maintain a practice environment where our team can work safely and professionally and where patients can receive quality care built on mutual respect and cooperation.

Countryside Dental was proud to be a sponsor of the Sabinal Wild Hog Festival organized by the Sabinal Lions Club! 🐗🐗🐗

Dr. Betancourt and his daughter, Giana Betancourt, even joined in the wild hog catching event. They may not have taken home the win, but they definitely had a lot of fun and made great memories.

We are grateful to be part of events like this that bring families, friends, and neighbors together while celebrating the traditions that make our communities so special.

Today we celebrated a very special birthday at Countryside Dental! 🎉

For over 20 years, our wonderful front desk team member (Jennifer) has been one of the first voices our patients hear when they call our office.
From answering the phone with kindness, to helping patients understand their insurance benefits, to coordinating appointments and keeping the day flowing, she has served our patients and our community with dedication, patience, and a caring heart for a long time.

Her sweet voice, hard work, and commitment have made a lasting impact on our team and on the many families who have trusted our practice through the years. We are grateful for everything she does and for the warmth she brings to Countryside Dental every day.
