How Many Teeth Do You Need for a Hollywood Smile?

One of the most common questions patients ask during a cosmetic consultation is:
“How many teeth do I need to restore to create a beautiful smile?”

The answer depends on your smile line — how many upper and lower teeth show when you smile. Every smile is different, so every smile makeover must be designed individually.

For a classic Hollywood Smile, many patients show approximately:
✅ 10 upper teeth
✅ 6–10 lower teeth
