There she had extensive training in treating infants, children, teens and special needs patient in an office setting and in a hospital setting. Dr. Jessica is married to her husband Jay and they have three wonderful children Zeke, Julia and Stella. In her spare time Dr. Jessica likes to cook, read books and spend time with her family.

-Dried fruit: sticky and concentrated in sugar
-Flavored yogurt: often more added sugar than you'd expect
-Granola bars: sticky texture clings to teeth
