We are very excited to announce an impressive addition to the Shandley Kane Dental team. Welcome Dr. Sierra Furey! This summer, Dr. Furey completed her residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic- the same post-graduate program that Dr. Colleen, Dr. Shandley, and Dr. Kane have been affiliated and worked with for over 45 years. While we are confident she will continue our tradition of the highest level of patient care, we do question her choice to root for the Steelers!
“Hi everyone! My name is Dr. Sierra Furey, and I am thrilled to be joining the Shandley Kane Dental Group!
I grew up in Connecticut and received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison before attending the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Most recently, I completed a General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago.
What I love most about dentistry is the opportunity to help people feel confident in their smiles and at ease during their dental visits. I enjoy working closely with patients to understand their goals and create healthy, beautiful smiles that help them look and feel their best. My goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout their dental experience.
Outside of the office, I enjoy cooking, painting, exploring Chicago, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, and visiting national parks. I look forward to meeting you all!”
