This case is exactly why building a brand matters.
Anyone can shop around for the cheapest teeth. Dentistry has unfortunately become a commodity in many places — a race to the bottom where price is the main selling point. But life-changing dentistry isn’t built that way.

This patient came to us looking for more than just replacement teeth. They wanted confidence, function, health, and something that would truly last. From surgical planning to implant placement to the final restoration, every step of this case was completed right here by Dr. Brink with one goal in mind: delivering a result that looks natural, functions properly, and restores someone’s quality of life.

That’s the difference between being the cheapest option and building a trusted brand. One focuses on price. The other focuses on outcomes, experience, and life-changing results. This is why we do what we do.

Lower arches need love too.

This patient received a full-arch All-On-6 implant reconstruction completed entirely by Dr. Brink using a fully digital workflow — and most importantly, the patient never left our office without a fixed set of teeth attached to implants.

While the surgical portion of this case was very predictable, the medical complexity required advanced planning and coordination. The patient had a long history of Rheumatoid Arthritis and was taking Humira and Methotrexate, medications known to impact healing and immune response.

Several offices previously advised the patient that dental implants were no longer possible and recommended a traditional removable denture. After a comprehensive evaluation, our team collaborated directly with the patient’s rheumatologist to safely modify her medical protocol and allow implant treatment to be completed responsibly.

To further enhance healing, safety, and long-term success, we incorporated advanced biologic and surface technologies including:
• Implant plasma surface activation
• PRF membrane coverage over extraction sites
• PRF “sticky bone” grafting for defect reconstruction
• Carefully managed pre- and post-operative antibiotic protocols

This case highlights how complex medical histories do not automatically eliminate implant options when proper planning, collaboration, and technology are utilized.

Full-arch reconstruction can restore function, confidence, and quality of life — even in patients who have been told treatment is no longer possible.

This case highlights truly comprehensive esthetic dentistry performed in my office. The patient initially presented with the chief complaint: “I’ve had several attempts at a root canal by my previous dentist and a single veneer, and I hate my smile. My old dentist doesn’t know why black stuff is coming out of my tooth.”

A CBCT (3D X-ray) revealed that tooth #8 exhibited external root resorption and had a hopeless prognosis. Further discussion of the patient’s dental history uncovered significant past trauma to the upper anterior teeth, which had been splinted together—likely contributing to the resorption. We also determined that teeth #9 and #10 were necrotic and required root canal therapy.

Comprehensive Treatment Plan:
-Extraction of tooth #8 with immediate implant placement and immediate temporization. The patient never left the office without a front tooth secured to the implant.
-After three months of healing, root canal therapy was performed on teeth #9 and #10.
-Final restorations included Artist Series e.max veneers and an e.max screw-retained implant crown on #9.

Using immediate implant therapy with an immediate load protocol, as well as a fully digital workflow, we maintained/improved the patient’s gingival architecture around the implant and seamlessly transferred this digital record to my ceramic artist. The result was a harmonious, natural-looking smile that the patient truly loves.

Note the proper tooth size ratios and corrected occlusal plane. This was an exceptionally challenging case—made even more so by the patient’s very high esthetic expectations—but the outcome speaks for itself.

All surgical and restorative treatment completed by myself.

Easily one of the most rewarding cases of my career.

We completed a full mouth reconstruction using dental implants and fixed prosthetics — fully transforming this patient’s quality of life through a 100% digital workflow.

From pre-operative planning and guided surgery to the final restoration, every step was completed in-house using advanced technology and precise digital design. Thanks to the shining elite intraoral photogrammetry and same-day 3D printing, the patient never went a single day without teeth — leaving surgery with a beautiful, implant-supported smile connected immediately to their implants.

All surgical and restorative work completed by myself, supported by our incredible dental technicians and cutting-edge digital systems that make life-changing dentistry possible.
